Shipping and returns

$10 shipping. Orders ship from Utah, usually within two business days, for $10 an order. Up to 4 DVDs or replacement bells on their own ship for $5.

Free pickup. Choose in-person pickup at checkout and pick up your order from our West Jordan home office at no charge.

Digital songs are instant. Anything you buy appears in your library the moment payment clears, even if the same order contains something that ships.

Returns. Physical items can be returned within 30 days in resalable condition. Email us at playmerrybells@gmail.com if you would like to make a return. Digital purchases are non-refundable once the files have been accessed, since we cannot take them back.
